Bike News Roundup: Barriers to mobility

The number of cyclists dying in Tampa recently is astounding (six in ten weeks). Something must be done to protect them (via Biking Bis).

But don’t let that get you down, Gene also wrote about Romano Scaturro, who rode 10,000 miles to catch a home game at every Major League Baseball stadium in the country this season.

Bike Portland reports that a new grocery store in Portland is going to have more bike parking than car parking.

The Bicycle Federation of Washingtonisconsin created a bicycle safety guide for car drivers.
