Capitol Hill Seattle reports that a robber held a biker up near Bellevue and Roy Tuesday and stole the victim’s backpack full of only inner tubes. If the victim’s bike got a flat later that day, that would really have been rough luck.
According to the victim, around 10:20 PM, he was approached by a large man, possibly of Middle Eastern descent, about 5’10”, 250 pounds wearing a black leather jacket, possibly some sort of camo bottoms, and a black hat. The man threatened the cyclist with some sort of weapon and stole a white backpack. The cyclist told police the bag contained nothing but inner tubes.
