Portland’s BikeCraft looks awesome, should Seattle hold something similar?

I am jealous of Bike Portland’s BikeCraft, a “bike-lover’s holiday gift bazaar that showcases local, handmade, bike-themed arts, crafts, fashion, and more.” This year’s show just wrapped up, and look at all the awesome handmade bike stuff in the slideshow above!

So I ask you, Seattle makers of all kinds, are you interested in something like this here in the future? Who out there is already making great bike-centric things? Post links/info/thoughts in the comments.

  1. I would certainly attend. Looks like some pretty unique stuff. Bring on Seattle BikCraft. Thanks for sharing.

I went to this! It was worth attending just on the strength of being able to gawp at the bike parking area and the contents thereof. Urban Craft Uprising is awesome, so I could see a BikeCraft doing well here too.

YES! I love the idea of a Bike Craft Seattle.
