Phinney neighborhood bike commuting classes start next week

The Phinney Neighborhood Association is hosting bike commuting classes taught by the Cascade Bicycle Club starting next Wednesday. Teaching neighborhood-specific bike commuting classes is a fantastic idea. This begs the question: What other neighborhoods have something similar? Post in the comments below.
