Habitat work will disrupt Sammamish River Trail starting August 10

The City of Bothell is working to restore habitat along the Sammamish River just beyond the Burke-Gilman Trail, and that means temporary closures of the Sammamish River Trail. Mural painting starts in Burke-Gilman tunnel, Green River Trail bridge will be repaired

King County Parks has two trail notices in the area this month, one on the Burke-Gilman and one on the Green River Trail. County will close Bothell-area trail tunnel for nighttime work

People who use the Burke-Gilman Trail in the Bothell area should plan on King County workers closing the tunnel near Wayne Golf Course for overnight repair work.
