The air is better on the other side of the parked cars

First Hill Streetcar Update: Cycle track would pay for itself

SDOT proposes Linden cycle track to complete Interurban

SDOT is proposing a cycle track on Linden Ave to complete something of a missing link in the Interurban Trail near Bitter Lake. The plan calls for a two-way cycle track protected from vehicle traffic by a row of parked cars. A three-foot buffer will separate car doors and the cycle track, and a planting…

After a year, a look at the Broadway cycle track (no, not our Broadway)

After the cycle track plans for Dexter were scrapped, Seattle’s cycle track future rests, for now, on Broadway. Here’s a video of the Broadway concept: Today, Bike Portland takes a look at their year-old cycle track on their Broadway. Initial reports are mostly positive, though there do seem to be some concerns from pedestrians:
