Council adds neighborhood greenways, downtown cycle track to 2013-14 budget

The City Council Budget Committee voted Friday on a series of changes to Mayor McGinn’s proposed 2013-14 budget, electing to add funding to accelerate neighborhood greenways and the downtown cycle track network.
