Thief steals two handcycles from Renton paraplegic veteran
A terrible person (or persons) has stolen two handcycles from a Renton man who leads an organization for paralyzed veterans. Ernie Butler, the executive director of the Northwest Chapter of Paralyzed Veterans of America, reported the bikes stolen November 7.
