Delridge neighborhood greenway now officially open

The city has officially completed the first neighborhood greenway in West Seattle, a 1.5-mile stretch of 26th Ave SW from SW Andover Street to the SW Graham Street stairway leading to the High Point neighborhood. Memorial walk for man killed crossing West Seattle street, family hopes for ‘positive light’

James St. Clair was walking across 35th Ave SW at SW Graham Street December 30 when he was struck by a car and killed. He was 69. Woman charged with assault for road rage attack on West Seattle Greenways founder

Erika Soerensen, 37, has been charged with second degree assault for allegedly attacking Jake Vanderplas with a deadly weapon July 8. Man injured while biking on E Marginal Way

Two people biking collided head-on this morning on E Marginal Way just north of Spokane Street. One person lost consciousness for a period of time, but was conscious as medics loaded him into the ambulance. It is not immediately clear how the collision occurred, and police are investigating.
